Can exercises help bunions on the feet?

Bunions are an enlargement of the great toe or hallux joint on the feet which is almost always associated with the change in the position of the great toe or hallux. They are very widespread. The sort of bunion exercises that will be most helpful are the ones that stretch and move the joints through its full range of motion in all directions. Sometimes exercises that can strengthen the arch muscles of the feet can also be useful. Even when surgery is used, the exercises before and after the surgery will help with the rehabilitation.
