Here is how to store Mandarin oranges:

1) Remove the skin and cut the fruit in half.

2) Place one half of the mango on one flat surface. Use your hands to flatten the mango so that it looks like a disk.

3) Place the other half of the mango on top of the flattened first half and press down firmly. The two halves should now look like one piece.

4) Carefully peel off the skin, being sure to remove all of it. You will now have four pieces of mango.

5) Cut each piece in half again, so that you have eight pieces total.

6) Arrange the pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
